Obtained PhD from Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm-Sweden in Telecommunication Networks and Systems. He was the MEA Regional Director of Quanergy FZ LLC, driving the embrace of LiDAR sensors by System Integrators across several sectors in MEA and India, covering Ai-based  applications such as Autonomous Cars and automated CCTV Security systems.  Previously, he worked at STC Engineering, Operations and Regulations.  He was cofounder of STC R&D Department.  As Chief- Engineering Switching Design & Standards for 15 years, at Bell Canada International and STC, Dr. Essam was key for the introduction of new networks and services in KSA, including all Mobile and Paging networks.
